We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. At Brookvale Workwear, we aim to make returns and refunds as simple and stress-free as possible.

Returning an Item:

• Contact us within 2 days of delivery if you're unsatisfied or received the wrong item.
• Items must be returned new and unused, in original packaging.
• Please include proof of purchase for all returns.

If We Made an Error:

• We’ll take full responsibility.
• You’ll receive return instructions and a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Cancellations:

• To cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.
• Orders shipped before cancellation may still incur shipping costs.
