Change of Mind Returns
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns for change of mind, including incorrect sizing.
To be eligible:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once approved
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
Is faulty or defective
Is not as described
Is not fit for its intended purpose
Is unsafe
What to do:
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our team as soon as possible with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item
We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Assessment & Processing
Once your return is received:
Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions
You will be notified of the outcome
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
Items that have been worn, used, or washed
Products returned without original packaging or tags
Certain PPE or safety items where reuse is not appropriate
Important Information
We do not offer refunds for change of mind outside the 14-day period
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind — if you require a different size or product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order
Items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and returned to sender
